  1. hi, my case is same , i applied for psw visa on the base of level 7 on 4th april, and still waiting for decision do you have any more informaiton about this..?

    NOW YOU CAN GET PSW VISA IF YOU HAVE LEVEL 7 DIPLOMA FROM UK AWARDING BODY PLUS YOU MEET OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF PSW LIKE BANK STATEMENT ETC;
    Our solicitor has won the appeal in court against UKBA to get PSW visa on Level 7 Diploma.
